Doa Gomaid Hreish

Doa Gomaid Hreish is the founder and CEO of Arab Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), a nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing and empowering Arab women. With over a decade of experience in education and a successful transition to law for over twenty years, Doa is now committed to fostering economic stability through entrepreneurship in the Arab communities.

In 2017, Doa pioneered the first co-working space tailored for Arab women in Nazareth, showcasing her dedication to empowering women in the workforce.

While maintaining her legal practice, Doa established AWE in 2021, focusing on building a global network of support for women and equipping them with the tools, skills, and a sense of community to reach their full potential. Doa leads multiple diverse initiatives that aim to connect Arab women entrepreneurs locally and globally.
